Gyro Meatballs: This was fairly easy to make. I just got some ground beef, Greek spices and baked the meatballs like regular meatballs. For the sauce I used plain Greek yogurt, mint, Persian cucumber, and lemon juice, I used a gluten-free pita to wrap it all up. Very tasty.
