Shrimp and Crab Louie Salad w/ homemade Thousand Island Dressing
Ingredients:
1 half avocado, sliced
handful of romaine lettuce
1/2 pound of cooked shrimp
1/2 crab meat
Thousand Island dressing recipe:
1 cup sugar free, organic ketchup
3 teaspoons pickle relish
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 cup veganaise or organic mayo
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
On separate plates, assemble lettuce, avocado, crab and shrimp.
In a small mixing bowl, add all the dressing ingredients. Mix well.
Add a good amount of dressing to eat each plate and serve.
