Greek Zoodles and Meatballs!
Last night we have guests over for dinner. I decided to make Zoodles and Meatballs...Greek style! First I started off with roasting some grape tomatoes. I tossed them in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, sea salt and garlic.
For the meatballs I added, beef, egg, almond flour, basil, garlic, sea salt, and garlic powder. I also decided to add some mozzarella cheese because I didn't want the leftovers to go to waste.
Rolled the meat mixture it balls and put them in the oven at 400 F. for 30 mins.
Here's how the tomatoes came out in the oven at 400 F for 45 minutes.
Of course I used my Spirializer!!! love it!
The meatballs turned out great!!
Top it off with a little feta and ready to serve! I also made a sauce consisting of ghee butter, garlic and lemon juice to pour over the zoodles.
