Ginger Soy Soba and Zucchini Noodles

Sorry I wanted to make these pictures prettier, but the noodles were hard to work with.....

I used yellow squash, zucchini and soba noodles. Then I made a sauce consisting of ginger, gluten-free non soy sauce, garlic, green onions, and rice vinegar. I also added a few tablespoons of almond butter while it was cooking and mixed it all in.
