 How many of these superfoods have you eaten this week?

My super foods of the week: avocado, blueberries, greek yogurt, almonds, and coconut

  1. Almonds

  2. Pastured eggs

  3. Turmeric

  4. Green Leafy Vegetables

  5. Yogurt or Kefir

  6. Grass-Fed Butter

  7. Avocado

  8. Wild Salmon

  9. Green Smoothie or Juice

  10. Coconut or Coconut oil
