Paleo Burger Patty Topped w/Hash


Burger Patty Topped w/Hash



Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef or ground turkey
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon of your favorite all natural seasoning
1 bunch of asparagus, chopped
2 shallots, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
4 strips bacon, chopped
1/2 package Cremini mushrooms, chopped
Sea salt and pepper to taste
1 avocado, diced
½ cup Paleo friendly mayo
½ cup your favorite all natural, organic chipotle sauce
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Cooking Directions:

In a large sized bowl, add ground meat, onion powder, garlic salt, and your favorite seasoning,

Form meat into 1-inch thick patties and set aside.

In a medium sized skillet over medium-high heat, add bacon and cook until crispy.

Add garlic and shallots. Cook until shallots become tender, stirring occasionally.

Add mushrooms and asparagus. Cook until the asparagus is very, very tender.

Remove skillet from heat and set aside for later.

Start on your sauce:

Combine Paleo friendly mayo and chipotle sauce. Mix until well combined. Set aside.

In a large sized skillet over medium high-heat, add olive oil and burger patties. Brown on both sides or until the meat meets your desired wellness.

Plate burger patty and spread chipotle sauce evenly over the top.

Top sauce with hash.

Top hash with diced avocado.

This burger should be eaten with a fork and knife.
